I started using homelite as a firefighter and have never been disappointed. The saw gives a 5 star performance. However, it arrived without a case or even a chain guard. One or the other of these would be considered a reasonable safety feature. Most sellers would also include a pair of safety goggles to keep the corporate lawyers off their back. 5 star performance, but the shipper should be ashamed to ship without a chain gaurd.
