I bought two of these from a Staples. We changed the combination to our address so it would be easy to remember. While trying to put on some of the included washers to make everything fit better, the lock just changed its combination to something different. We had to go through a lot of combinations to get the cable off the computer. Two of the numbers had changed by one digit. Not acceptable!
